Well, hello everyone, aloha, and thank you for joining me in today's podcast. My name is Paul Fletcher, and this is The Healing Source. I'm excited for today's subject, which is the third chakra, also known as the sacral center. And today is the fourth in the series on the nature, power, and significance of the chakras, and their importance for your health and wellness. For some of you, it might be your first time popping in here, so make sure that you like and subscribe on the podcast. You can also find me on all of the major podcast players out there. Just look for the name, The Healing Source. So I have been teaching on this wisdom since I learned it, about 15 years ago. Now that's not that long ago, given that I'm a half a century old, but in terms of the amount of information that I knew, I thought I knew a lot, but honestly I knew very little until I came across the wisdom and teachings of Dr. and Master Sha. Having trained with this very advanced enlightened master, I was able to receive some of the highest level wisdom and teachings, regards the organs, the systems, the five elements and how they impact us, our spiritual body, the mental, emotional, physical body, and of course the chakras. And what I thought I knew was miniscule when it comes to these beloved marvels of the human vessel.
The chakras act as a way station, as an energy station that animates and assists further the health and wellness of our body. And I went into far greater detail on the first in this series, I believe we're in series number eight now, and this is the fourth in that series. So if you missed the first in this series, which explains why is chakras so important, what is the relevance of a chakra to the space in the body, and how can it impact that space and how in activating and expanding, enhancing our chakra, can that impact the physical matter in our body, because this is one of the great secrets that has been hidden from humanity for quite a long time. The third chakra is no exception. Each one of the soul houses, which if you don't know what a soul house is, go back to the original teachings in the first in the series, each of these chakras or soul houses are exceptionally important in the overall wellness of the human body. And the third chakra or the third soul house is no different. This soul house resides directly behind the belly button. Now it is a fist sized energy center, so it's actually quite large. All the chakras are fist sized, and their level of density, meaning the level of light they carry, can vary from person to person. So no one person is the same. Every individual has more or less empowerments in the various chakras, and it is very important to understand the interconnectivity of these energy centers in their, in their ability to affect the wellness of our body. Now as has been explained multiple times in the previous sessions, in a very brief explanation here, we are 99.999% space, which means that the you that you call you, which you think is the 99.9%, right, that's the me, is actually .0001.
The amount of matter that makes up you is absolutely minuscule in comparison to the amount of space that makes up you. And the you that is the space is where the soul resides. Your soul is the repository, the carrier of all of the positive and all of the negative thoughts and words and actions that you have ever made in all time. Just like when you throw a pebble into the pond, it makes a ripple. Well in the case of your soul, in the case of your personal vibrational field, or the space that affects your matter, your matter is what? Your matter is your organs, your systems, your, your, your tissues of your body. That's the matter. That's the .0001. But the space is where the chakra resides, and the space is what holds on to all the thoughts, all the words, all the actions in all time. All those little pebbles you threw in the pond of positivity are within your space, and that is what's contributing to a trouble-free life where you have very little muscle pain. And those same pebbles that might have been filled with anger or rage or blame or guilt or other forms of negative messages, those are also pebbles in the pond of your vibration, your personal vibration. And whether that happened in this lifetime or another one is not relevant. They all remain within our soul's vibration. And so the great wisdom that Dr. and Master Sha has brought to us with that knowledge in connection to the chakras is that when we clear the space, when we transform the negative messages in the space to positive, then the physical matter, the health and wellness of your physical life will be quite positively affected. The third chakra, being directly behind your belly button, about in the center of your channel, affects everything in that part of the body. That's not a small statement. What do we have in that part of the body? Well, we have the left and the right kidneys in the back of the body. We have that lower back right there. We also have the pancreas, the spleen, the stomach, right? Anybody got digestion issues? They have the small and the large intestine. And over on the right side of the ribcage, you've got your gallbladder and your liver. So you've got major, major digestive organs, processing organs. You have a great deal of activity happening in the center of your abdomen. It's also, in essence, the fulcrum area where you pivot, where you make all your twists and turns of your body. So if there is any problems for you personally in this area of the body, be it digestion, lower back pain, pivoting and twisting, could be liver or gallbladder-related issues, rest assured that those are referred to as physical level blockages.
And the third chakra, when worked with, when practiced with, can help to clear those blockages within that matter because you're addressing the space. So let's jump right in to the presentation that I have here today. Hopefully it will pop right up here. Hey, good news. It's right there. So here we have the third soul house. If you missed why they're called the soul house, go back to the first teaching. We cover that. And then let's pop right in here. So as shared, it is a fist-sized energy center, and it's located behind the navel. Now in some wisdoms and teachings, it appears to be higher than the belly button. They'll call the solar plexus higher than the belly button. And when Dr. and Master Shah, who has a very powerful third eye and connects with the source hourly moment every day, he asked, he said, so, you know, dear God, it seems that in history a lot of people have said that the third soul house is higher than directly behind the belly button. And he clearly heard the answer and can see with his third eye that it is not, it is behind the belly button. Okay. Whatever you wish to hold on to for your truth, just perfectly okay, I'm just sharing with you what has been shared with me. So this is the key soul house for empowering, healing, and rejuvenating the water element. As a moment ago, we just shared some of the aspects of the physical body parts that are in this area. The water element happens to be directly connected to the major organ, the yin organ of the kidneys.
Okay. And the kidneys and the urinary bladder, the ears, all are part of the water element. So when this area is positively impacted through empowerments of practicing for the third chakra, the third soul house, then the kidneys are very positively impacted, which in effect affects also the other aspects of the water element, urinary bladder, ears, physical body, as well as fear and of course, bones. Those all fall under the water element aspects of traditional Chinese medicine wisdom on the five elements. If you missed that, go back to my series, I think it was series number five. I go into the five different elements in a lot more detail. You see what happens when you miss one or two live streams? I shared some of the most profound wisdom that my teacher shared with us. All you got to do is like and subscribe on those podcasts. Go back and watch the ones you might've missed. So the water element is affected by this chakra. It is also the soul house for empowering, healing, and rejuvenation of the wood element. Isn't that interesting? Another element is very positively impacted. This includes the liver. Where's the liver at in your body? Under the right rib cage. Okay. Is that near the central area of your body where your third chakra is? You betcha. So the liver is the yin or the core organ for the yin wood element. And then it is paired with and connected to the gallbladder, the eyes, and the tendons in the physical body, as well as the imbalanced emotion of anger. So if you find yourself being relatively angry, a little more than you'd like, or you have some eye issues that don't seem to be having any result, gallbladder, gallstones, right? Alcoholism or anger issues, liver.
These are wood element imbalances, again, all in proximity to this third chakra. So now we also have other areas, including the stomach and the small intestine. These are right there. Now, the stomach is just to the left of center of the belly button. That's the stomach. You know what else is there? The pancreas. You know what else is there? The spleen. And guess what? Those are all reflected in what's called the earth element. So curiously, three of the five major elements in traditional Chinese medicine are directly impacted by weakness or strength in the third chakra area. That's why there is so much emphasis placed on this wisdom and this teaching. Because when we positively impact this area, this core area of the body, then these major elements that are not individual, they all work in harmony. Again, if you missed the teaching of the harmonizing aspects of the five elements, go back and watch those in the series. But the wood feeds and nourishes the fire element. The fire element breaks things down, and it becomes part of the earth. The earth works in harmony with the metals, creating the metals, and the metals control the water, and the water feeds the wood, and this is what's called the generating cycle. So if these cycles of these three elements, the water element for the kidneys, the wood element for the liver, and the spleen and stomach element for the earth, if those are out of balance, it's three of the five. You got some problems, Houston. So you want to make sure that you empower this third chakra. Now additionally, this key soul house is perfect and wonderful for healing and rejuvenating the urinary system, not the bladder, the urinary system, and the muscular skeletal system. The urinary system is part of the water element, and the systems are more like, they're more like the computers that are controlling the, where does the networking go?
So the computer says, okay, I'm going to divide up so much energy over here, I'm going to divide up so much direction. You go this way, you go this way, you go this way, you go this way, same thing with the muscular skeletal system. And these systems, imagine if your musculoskeletal system stopped working. You couldn't stand. You'd literally drop like a bag of bones, because your muscles always keep a certain level of tension on your body, about a 10% tension, so you can literally stand, be. And so these kinds of systems can become weakened if we have a weak third chakra. Very important to understand. And again, why is the musculoskeletal system located here? Because it is connected to the earth element. It's an aspect of the earth element. Urinary system is an aspect of the water element. Also it's the key for empowering the snow mountain and Ming
men acupuncture point. The snow mountain area is actually in the lower part of the body. It's closer to the second chakra, but it's called an area because it actually, it actually represents a much larger space. So it's probably about four or five inches around, maybe even six for some people. And it goes all the way up to an area called the Ming
men acupuncture point. Some of you might know that, some of you may not, but simply put, if you touched your belly button and you went back to the center of your body, guess what? There's your third chakra. And if you keep going straight back, there's an acupuncture point there, right about the dip of your back called the Ming
men acupuncture point. And it's so much more than just where you would put a needle at the traditional Chinese medicine doctor. It is a sacred Tao point that I'm not going to go into any wisdom teachings on now.
For one reason, I'm not fully qualified to go into any depth of teachings on it, but at the same time, it has a great deal of association with your higher spiritual alignment to the source. So it's so much more than an acupuncture point. And guess what? When you empower this area, you are creating empowerment in the Ming men acupuncture point as well, which in essence can assist you with a much more smooth spiritual life, much more aligned spiritual life. Okay. We'll just leave it at that for now. Now, there's an interesting thing here that Master Sha taught connected to the Ming men point. He said, when this area is weak, when there's insufficient flow of Qi to that particular area, then you could have insufficient energy of the Ming men water, Ming men water, okay? Remember, the kidneys are the water element. And although this point is not the kidneys, it can be negatively affected because these points have to have balance of the five elements. So a TCM doctor, when discerning what herbs or what places to put their needles or moxibustion on you, they might discern that your water element is out of balance, that it could be contributing to hypertension, diabetes, or menopause, and thereby put extra emphasis on that point. So you can affect that point by empowering your third chakra. Now, this third soul house also supplies energy food for your brain and your third eye. Isn't that interesting? How is that? How is the third chakra in the middle of your abdomen providing food for your brain and the third eye? Isn't that interesting? Well, how it does it is it helps empower the Kundalini as well as the Ming men area, and those feed and nourish the kidneys. Because the kidneys are fed and nourished by the Kundalini and the Ming men, the kidneys send up what's called Jing matter up the spine, spinal cord, and that Jing, that life force energy connected to source, goes up the spinal cord, spinal column, feeding and nourishing your third eye and your brain, giving it the necessary source nutrients that it needs.
And there's a lot of wisdom that goes into that, that it just can't be touched on here, you know. I think I touched on it when I went into the major energy centers, lower Dan tian, Kundalini, lower chakra, third eye, and Zu Chao. Maybe I'm confusing my own stuff, but I believe I covered that in one of my series. So make sure you go back to the Kundalini, and it will go into more detail about the nature of that snow mountain Kundalini area, and how it's connected to the Ming men, and how when we empower that area, you can feed and nourish your third eye and brain quite a bit more. Okay? And if I haven't given you that teaching yet, then I will in the future. Let's continue. So additionally, for this third chakra zone, it's a sacred powerhouse for developing courage, strength, fortitude, and persistence to overcome challenges. It is a sacred powerhouse for developing Jing, Jing is matter. And the first organ that is seen under the microscope by the scientists, when you are a fetus, and you go from two cells to four cells, and so forth, when that fetus is being created, the first organs is not the heart, and it's not the brain. It's the kidneys. And the kidneys feed and nourish what? The brain. So the teachings go so deep in that. One of these times I haven't covered it already, I will, but it's extraordinary how important this area is.
Again, why you need to empower your third chakra. Okay? Let's do some practices, shall we? So we're going to incorporate the four power technique. The fifth and sixth powers are breathing technique and Dao calligraphy. We'll be doing gentle breathing, and the Dao calligraphy we will not be using today. How do we do this to empower our third chakra? Each of our chakras have a sound power associated with it. We've worked with the first and second already. The first chakra is Hei, Hei, Hei. Second, Hong, H-E-N-G, Hong. Not to be confused with a similar sound, Hong, H-O-N-G. Hong is the sound power for the lower abdominal region and the third chakra. So our body power, how do we place our body power? We are simply going to place one palm over the other, the center of our palms, over the center of our palms, and place that right over your belly button. Nice and relaxed. Okay? Belly button is the third chakra is directly behind it. And we're going to close our eyes and visualize brilliant light coming into the center of our abdomen. And we're going to gather the light as I walk into the soul power, we're going to capture the light from the source in many different places. And in this practice, as we chant Hong, Hong, Hong,
I want you to see this light coming from 360 degrees and condensing in this area, and then expanding it to bless, feed and nourish these different elements, to bless, feed and nourish the organs in this area, okay? To clear the negative messages of the space. Great. Place our hands in the right position. Close your eyes. And if comfortable, then repeat these words after me. Dear the soul of my third soul house, my third chakra, I'm so grateful for you. Without you, I would have much more problems in my middle abdomen. You act as a gateway between the second and first chakra and my heart chakra. And you also have a great power and importance to feed and nourish my earth, wood, and water elements and all the associated organs and systems. Do a good job. And dear any and all of any light balls I've ever received, including ones specifically for this area of my body, my third chakra and all the organs and systems mentioned, any other light balls I've received and any healing transmissions that I received, I deeply love and appreciate you. Could you please activate now? For the duration of this practice, gather all your light and healing frequencies and direct it to my third chakra to help grow, expand, and release any blockages I may have there. Thank you. So that's called the soul power. I'm going to do a gentle forgiveness practice. And dear all souls, if I or my ancestors have ever harmed the middle of your body, including the abdominal region, all the organ systems, any aspect of this energy center, I sincerely ask forgiveness. I am so sorry. And if anyone has harmed me, I extend to you my unconditional forgiveness. Let us all forgive each other and practice to develop this area more. Thank you. Okay, the sound power is home. We're going to deep breath in. Oh, you should be able to feel the vibration in this area. Feel the vibration in your lower abdomen. See the light gathering. Start to expand it now to bless your kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach, large and small intestine. Bless the whole abdomen. Breathe in. Now we'll chant home three times. And with each time, see the light flashing in. Remember, source is blessing you. Beings of love and light are blessing you. All your light bulbs and healing transmissions are blessing you. Gather the light. Let us begin.
Three more times. Breathe in.. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So if you came in with any discomfort in this area of your body, any lower back pain, any discomfort at all, check now. Even though we've only done this practice five minutes, you actually could notice a drop in that discomfort level, one or two or even more points. That's how powerful this practice is. There is an ancient practice. When I say ancient, I mean many thousands of years. And it's called the, what's the verbiage I want to use? The parent of all practices. Okay. And it's Wong, Ah, Hong. Wong vibrates the upper space in the body. Ah vibrates the middle space in the body. And Hong, the mantra you just practiced, vibrates from the belly button down. And so many ancient traditions practiced by chanting Wong, Ah, Hong, thereby vibrating the negative information out of the spaces, moving the chi as a natural side effect. Remember, heal the space.
The energy and matter must transform. And that's why these chakras are so important. That's why I dedicated this particular series not to just explaining about the basic chakras, but to explain to you why they're so relevant to your health and wellness. Because that space is so much more than the itty bitty matter. And when you can impact the space through practice like this, then the matter will naturally transform. Jen in the chat says my stomach feels better. That simple. It was five minutes. Not that powerful, right? Not that long. If you have blockages in any aspect of this part of your body that has been mentioned, all the major organs mentioned, large, small intestine, all those, if you have any blockages, lower back, chant Hong, Hong, Hong often. And if you're not sure about this four-power technique, go back and listen to this again. We say hello to this area of our body. We do a little forgiveness practice. And we close our eyes and we turn on any treasures or transmissions that you might have. If you don't know what that is because you're listening to this podcast a year or two down the road, then make sure you get a hold of me and I can help you to receive some of those treasures and transmissions.
