Well, Aloha and welcome everyone. I'm very happy to be here this week. It's a new week. We've just completed the majority of the series on the chakras and we're going to put a capstone on it this week. So welcome. This is Paul Fletcher and you are now with The Healing Source. So this podcast has been, what, almost 60 episodes now and we're just touching the surface of the importance of Tao healing and how it can serve you, how it can serve your soul journey, how it can help you to heal and transform your physical, emotional, mental, your spiritual body. Every part of your life can be transformed with Tao healing. How is this possible? Very simply.
Tao means source. So this is source healing. And how does the source bring healing to you? Very simply. It brings a frequency and vibration to you that is higher than the frequency and vibration that is the root cause of your problem. So if you have a physical suffering, a relationship issue, whatever that is, that's because at some point in time in this lifetime or another one, some mistakes were made either by negative thoughts, negative words, or negative actions. And those negative thoughts, words, and actions put an imprint into the fabric of time. That imprint is much like the butterfly effect. That negative word, for example, could have caused somebody to have depression. And accordingly, that depression then can come to you. Much like a quantum entanglement, when we entangle ourselves with others with positive thoughts, words, and actions, then that is the side effect. We have wonderful life, perfect health, wonderful set of conditions in all the different areas of our life. So Tao healing works by transforming those negative messages, frequencies, and vibrations which originated from our own negative thoughts, words, and actions, and it brings a much higher positive source frequency and vibration to help transform it.
So in every single one of the episodes up to this point, that has been the root solution for everything that we do. Today, I'm going to be talking to you almost exclusively about the spaces in the body. Now if you go back to episode 1 of this series, series 8 on the chakras, before I actually even went into the chakras, I spoke about the spaces in the body and how the spaces can be negatively affected by those negative thoughts, negative words, and negative actions. Remember, those create a boomerang effect. They affect someone else and they affect yourself. And if those negative thoughts, words, and actions are only about yourself, then of course they remain on your vibration. That then remains with your soul and follows you from lifetime to lifetime. Well what is your soul but the space around you? Your soul resides in the space around you. It's literally what is creating your physical body. Now today, we're going to be focusing on the three spaces in your body referred to as the rivers that lead to the ocean in your body. These three spaces are called the lower Jiao, middle Jiao, and the upper Jiao. These three spaces are considered rivers or areas in which vibration and frequency flow. They can affect different parts of your body according to the area of your body, i.e. lower, middle, or upper bodies. And I wanted to pause for a moment and say welcome to everybody who's joined me live.
Thank you for your presence and thank you for sharing. So the three rivers lead to the ocean. That's called the y Jiao. Let me share with you an image which will help you to have a better understanding. So here is a hand-drawn image of the three Jiaos. The lower Jiao is from the belly button down to the base of your torso. The middle Jiao runs between your belly button and your sternum. The upper Jiao is basically the chest up. The heart, lungs, everything up to the top of the head. So you can see, as in this image, on the right-hand side, the lower Jiao includes the large and small intestines, the uterus, the testes, the genitalia, the entire lower part of the body. And this can be a problem we'll go into in a minute. The middle Jiao has all your major organs, stomach, spleen, liver, gallbladder. There's a lot that's happening in this middle part of the body, pancreas and more. And the upper Jiao, the upper Jiao includes the heart, the space around the heart called the pericardium, the lungs, the head, the throat, the neck, the brain. All of this is in the upper Jiao. So what's the relevance and importance of these spaces and these lower, middle, and upper Jiao to us, to our health and wellness? Well, if you haven't, then please go back and listen to the first in this series eight. Okay, listen to the first one before I explain each one of the chakras. And I will reiterate it here. Our soul carries with it all the positive and negative frequency and vibration of every thought or an action we've ever done in all time. That resides in our space.
So if you have, pay attention to your body, if you have a lot of blockages, trouble, suffering from the belly button down to the base of your torso, which could include anything from intimacy issues, venereal diseases, urinary bladder infections, low back issues, right? Digestive issues, okay? Low energy, just across the board, low energy. This could represent a tremendous amount of negative messages, information, and matter in the space of the lower body, the lower Jiao. So this is why it becomes very, very important because the blockages within our soul reside in the space. As I've been stated, as I have stated no less than a hundred times in the 60 or so episodes, we are 99% space 1% matter. And that 1% matter is affected by the 99% of the space. So if the predominancy of what's in that space is positive, then that affects the physical matter, you and me, in a positive way. But if that 99% or a portion of that is negative, then it could affect us in a negative way as well. And the thing that's very interesting is it's not limited to the physical body. For example, it is well known that relationships often include the use of people enjoying intimacy. And when that occurs, the intimacy occurs in the lower part of the body. Well, what if there was a misuse of that intimacy? What if there was, in a previous lifetime, an ancestor made a big mistake and took advantage of people in this area of the body? So this thing could create problems for us in this physical life. It could create problems in relationship. Do you start to understand now? Also it is understood by some of the higher spiritual teachings that in the lower abdominal area, there is what's called the lower dantian. And this is the area for finances.
Do you have financial issues? You may have some association with blockages in the lower dantian. There's insufficient frequency and vibration here. Why is there insufficient frequency and vibration? It could be blockages in your lower Jiao. So now let's move on to the upper Jiao. So excuse me, the middle Jiao. Middle Jiao is between the belly button and the sternum. So there is the spleen, the stomach, the pancreas, you have your liver, you have your gallbladder, you have the upper portions of your large and small intestine. This is a very, very busy area. A lot of very important organs in this area. Most of them related to your digestion and your energy processing. Liver and gallbladder are related to your blood purification. Your gallbladder is very associated with your digestion process. It releases the bile which assists your body to create the enzymes which assist in the digestion process. So this area, right, so if you have issues in this area, the spleen and stomach are earth element blockages. So that could affect your teeth and gums, earth element, could affect your muscles. Do you have constant muscle pain? The liver, gallbladder are wood element. Wood element has associations with anger, issues with the eyes. So if you find yourself being angry more than you would like, or issues with your eyes, there could very clearly be blockages in your wood element, liver, gallbladder. And if you have digestive issues, it could be spleen, stomach, right? And so on the pancreas, of course, associated with diabetes. So when you clear the river of this area where there could be negative information, how does that negative information get there?
Well, for example, the spleen is associated with worry, spleen, earth element, worry. Liver, wood element, anger. If you've had a lot of anger, if you've expressed a lot of anger, it could pollute this whole area. If you worry a lot, it could pollute this whole area. And then that affects your digestion, it affects your functions of your purification systems. So these are just larger representations of understanding the importance of these Jiaos. And then you have the upper Jiao from the belly button up. The upper Jiao includes the heart, the space around the heart called the pericardium. The lungs, very, very important. That's a huge part of your entire chest, right? You have everything in the neck, the throat. How many of you have sore neck? You have the throat, thyroid or thyroid related issues, vocal issues. And you have everything in the head. What's that mean? Everything in the head is your tongue, your sinuses, your lips, your mouth, your teeth. Teeth and gum potential issues, right? The brain, brain function. So all of this from here to the top of your head is a massive amount of space where people could have blockages. Raise your hand if you have headaches more often than the average joe. According to the traditional flow of chi through your body, it goes up to the seven chakras. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. And then down the back of the body. I'm going to go into more details next week when I cover the two channels called the chi channel and the jing channel. But for today, we're focusing on these three rivers that lead to the ocean. And so if you have chi trying to flow up this channel, the natural flow of chi, again, naturally in the human body, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, down the back, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, down the back.
This is the normal human on earth, all eight billion of us. And the flow needs to be constant without blockages along the way. Imagine plumbing, right? You, you, you, you, it starts to back up. What do you do? You go in there and you roto rooter it and you use the spinners and things to pull out the hair. You try to unclog the clog. Well, we have clogs in our soul. We have clogs in our spiritual body caused by what has already been shared. And sometimes those clogs can accumulate in the lower Jiao or the upper Jiao or even the back of the body, the Y Jiao, which I'll go into in a minute. And so let's imagine there's a heavier accumulation in the upper Jiao. What does that mean? It could show up in the form of an inability to digest, therefore there's bloating, right? And then you get a headache because the chi cannot flow around your body. What if you have blockages in the neck? The chi flows around, but it gets stuck right there. We want to clear as many blockages as we can in these Jiaos and allow the life force energy, the chi, which is what? Energy from earth, from heaven, that's constantly coming to us 24-7. It's constantly feeding and nourishing us, but it's not been able to go zhu, zhu, zhu. And we need that to be happy and healthy. So these Jiaos become extremely important. These are the three rivers that lead to the ocean. If I'm on a boat on a river and every day I throw trash into the river, there's going to be clutter floating around, clutter on the bottom, hiding, creating problems.
That's what we do every time we are oblivious of our negative thoughts or negative words and negative actions. We are throwing trash in our river, okay? We need to clean these out. So all of this then leads to the y Jiao. The y Jiao is the ocean. So where is this ocean at? Well, the ocean is in the back part of the body. It represents the largest space in the back of the body. So you can see here at the top, top of the head, back of the head, down to the back of the neck, to the width of the shoulders, all the way down to the tailbone. Now this space in the body is, so you can imagine it going down the back of the body, right? And it's wide. It goes to the width of your shoulders, but it's in front of your spine, okay, in front of your spine, but behind the heart, in front of your spine, but behind the lungs. So this is like a, you know, potentially a one, two, even a three inch gap of space here depending on the size of your body that goes all the way down the width of your body and then down to your tailbone. This space within the body is the largest space in the body according to TCM, traditional Chinese medicine. And this space, if left unaffected, can create a huge amount of problems for you. Huge problems. Okay? The Y jiao is the ocean. The three rivers, one, two, three, flow into what? The ocean.
All rivers flow to the ocean. So you want to clear the lower, the middle, and the upper jiao. You want to clear the Y jiao because the life force energy, all heaven's love, all mother earth's love is flowing to you at all times, all the time. If you have low energy, if you are suffering on any level, it can be cleared much faster, no matter what it is, if the heaven's love is flowing through you, okay? So truly understand how important it is to clear these blockages in the lower jiao, the middle jiao, the upper jiao, and the Y jiao. When you are able to clear these, which, how do you clear them? You use practices, which we're going to do. You can also receive the Tao-like transmissions for each of the jiaos. I've offered these numerous times and they're extraordinary. They help people so much, okay? I cannot tell you how much that they've helped people, especially when it comes to energy or energy-related maladies, right? Low energy, back pain, constant headaches, migraines, all of that stuff, it can be significantly positively released or at the very least reduced when you have the clearing in your spaces of the body, okay? So how do we do that? As with every teaching, Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha has taught us the six-power technique. We utilized four of them here because of the inability to apply the other two on these live streams. And so what are they? Body power, sound power, mind power, soul power. Body power is where you place your hands, I'll show you that in a minute. Sound power is the mantra or the tone that we use to vibrate the space. The mind power is what are you imagining, visualizing, and the soul power is the invocation. Soul power is the key. You can significantly enhance the healing and transformation of whatever you are doing when you invoke the souls of the source, of all the loved beings of love and light, any light transmissions you have, if you have Tao hands. All of this will significantly increase the function of releasing the blockages in your three Taos and the Y Tao in the back of the body, okay?
So we're going to start by working with the lower Tao. How do we do this? Well, there's a couple of different practices. There's one where you can do each Tao individually, and there's one where you can affect the entire function, okay? So individually, you would do what's called near hand, far hand, okay? So near hand, far hand means that near hand, the palms are cupped, gently rounded facing your lower abdomen, okay? About an inch below your belly button. One palm is about four inches away, the other palm is about 10 inches away. Your elbows need to be gently bent, your shoulders need to be gently relaxed. No tension, no tightness, palms are gently relaxed, gently cupped, and the cupped part of your palm is facing your lower abdomen, okay? You'll repeat this same body power in the lower, middle, and upper Taos, okay? The sound power for each Tao is different. So go ahead and place your hands there, repeat after me, and we're going to do the soul power now. Dear the soul of my lower, middle, and upper Taos, as I practice with you, could you release any negative messages, information, and matter that you're holding onto, and increase the flow of qi, life force energy, thank you. Dear any light transmissions I have, please activate now, and as I practice, please bless this practice to work even better. And dear God, dear all the beings of love and light, we love you, honor you, deeply appreciate, respect you, we invite you to come at this time, and bless this practice. I'm so, so grateful, thank you. Okay? So that's your soul power. We've invited the soul world to help, we've turned on any transmissions that we might have to help, and we've placed our attention now, seeing light coming into the entire lower abdomen, and releasing blockages. The founder power for this area is Hong, H-O-N-G. You breathe in, and you exhale one long H-O-N-G, let's begin. H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G. Now if you're capable, close your eyes, see the light, and if you're driving, of course don't do that. Breathe in, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, one more, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G, H-O-N-G. Good. Now, again, your palms about four inches from the center of your body, and about ten inches.
For those of you who can see on the camera, you can see about what I'm doing. And again, where is this facing? This is about the center, just the bottom of my ribcage, so my entire middle abdomen is positively affected. My breathing power is AH, A-H, AH. Deep breath in, AH. Breathe in, AH. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed. Again, the palms are gently cupped, everything is relaxed. Breathe in, AH. AH. AH. Good. Now, we move to the upper jaw. So, again, same body posture, and you can place your palms, and it's affecting everything from your sternum up the top of your head, okay? So the sound power is WONG, W-E-N-G. Close your eyes, deep breath in. WONG. WONG. WONG. WONG. Good. Now, we're going to do the practice for the Y-jaw, the back of the body. So the sound power for this is YO, YO. Where do we place our hands? We place one palm on the back of the body where the dip is in your back. Now, if you can't reach there, just put it on your lower abdomen. The other palm is in the back of your neck, okay? So this is the body power, one palm behind your back, one palm on the back of your neck. And we will see the light going through the entire back of the body. The sound power is YO. Deep breath in. YO. Feel the vibration, see the light. Breath in. YO. YO. YO. YO. Wonderful. So, to work with these individually is very important, especially if you know there's a specific blockage in that part of your body. If you have asthma conditions, probably best to do all three because it could be digestion creating the asthma conditions, right? So you want to be able to work with whatever the conditions are.
But, generally speaking, you can tell. Do I have lower body issues? Do I have mid-body issues? Do I have upper body issues? You can bring balance to the area using this practice. Definitely doing longer than we did, right? You want to do a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes. You can adjust your arms and hands so that they're comfortable. You don't want them to get tired. Now, there's a practice to incorporate all three of these. You utilize the same sound power. WENG, WENG, AH, HONG. WENG, AH, HONG. And you do it all in one breath. And the way you place your palms is different. So, for those that can see on the camera, you'll see that as I stand and touch my belly button, one palm is 3 inches below the belly button and relaxed and cupped, facing upward. The other palm is relaxed and above the belly button, cupped and facing downward. It's like I'm holding a 6 inch round sphere in my hands, And I'm cupping that sphere. Now, this body posture, body power, is if you have any major health issues. Major meaning heart issues, brain issues, eye glaucoma, anything from the chest up that is blockages, then this is your body power. If you are perfectly healthy, no major issues, then the top hand can face up. That means both palms would mirror each other facing upwards. So, to be clear one more time, palms facing each other. If you have any health issues above in the upper part of your body, breathing issues, heart issues, migraine issues, head issues, stroke issues, any of that, palms face each other. Got it? Okay, if you're perfectly healthy, then both palms can be upwards. Alright, we're going to breathe in and we're going to chant Weng, Ah, Hong all in one breath. We're only going to do this 5 times, but if you are practicing this, do it 15 minutes. If you did it 15 minutes every day, you're going to be one happy camper. Deep breath in. Weng, Ah, Hong Breathe in. Weng, Ah, Hong Breathe in. Weng, Ah, Hong Weng, Ah, Hong Last one. Weng, Ah, Hong Wonderful. Okay, so in conclusion, the 3 rivers that lead to the ocean in traditional Chinese medicine are extremely important to your health and wellness.
But from a Tao healing soul level perspective, these hold a great deal of the negative messages, information, and matter that we have accumulated in all lifetimes, positive and negative. So when we do practices such as has been explained here today, on a consistent basis, in your case, focus on the individual space, if you have a specific problem area in that area of the body, or just do Weng, Ah, Hong Upper, Middle, Lower Weng, Ah, Hong 15 minutes. Try it for just one week. Every day for one week. Tell me if you don't feel better, more energy, less blockages in your body. It's amazing. It's a very practice. It's called the grandfather of practices, okay? So I'm so grateful for this opportunity to share this wisdom with you. Next week, we'll return, and we'll be going into the Qi channel and the gene channel, the movement of life force frequency and vibration through your seven chakras and down the back. Until then, I will see you next week. Aloha, everyone. Have an awesome day. Bye-bye.
