Aloha, everybody. Welcome. Thank you for coming to today's live stream. I'm just going to double check my audio. Okay, and just in case you did not hear me, welcome. Thank you for coming to today's podcast. My name is Paul Fletcher, and this is The Healing Source. And today we will be doing a very, very important teaching. This will be on the Chi channel. And I will be giving you some extraordinary insights as to the nature, power, and significance of this most important channel, clearly one of the most important channels in the human body. Now, when I refer to the word channel, I'm referring to the spiritual channel. And the reason why this is part of the seven chakras series is because this channel includes these seven chakras. And if you remember, if you attended last week's teaching, we spoke about the San Jiao and the Wai Jaio which is the lower, middle, and upper spaces in the body and the space in the back of the body. So if you missed that, then make sure you subscribe, go back and watch that series, wherein I go through the nature, power, and significance of the chakras for your health and wellness.
Each week I touch on each one of the chakras, one through seven. Last week I went into the San Jiao and the Wai Jaio, and today I'm going to be speaking about the Chi channel. I'm going to start drawing the connectivity between all of this, because some of you might be listening to this for the very first time, and some of you may or may not be familiar with the seven chakras, or vaguely familiar with them. But very few people, in my observation, unless they have studied with me and or Master Shah for a while, are unfamiliar with this specific spiritual channel called the Chi channel. Now as we work through today, I will be calling upon much of what was shared already in the previous episodes, two through eight, which is the chakras one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven. And each one of those teachings, not only did I teach about the significance of each of those chakras for the health and wellness of the body, I pointed out that area of the body and how it can be impacted by positively enhancing that chakra. I also shared a sound power, a mantra, and the four-power technique. At the end of each one of the explanations of those energy centers, I did a practice with you. And each one of the chakras sound powers is going to be very important when it comes to the practice associated with the Chi channel. So what is the Chi channel? Well it actually has been known by other names, depending on the tradition. This channel starts at the first chakra, base of your torso, and specifically in between your bottom of torso area and that empty flap of skin in the middle there.
This channel goes up through one, two, three, four, five, six, seventh chakra, and then down the back of your body in what's called the Y jowl. Now again, if you missed that, go back to last week's teaching, I speak on the Y jowl. Now next week, make sure you join me as I'll be talking about a different channel called the Jin channel. These two spiritual channels serve entirely different purposes, different functions, and they have a different pathway, although on the surface it could appear to have the same pathway. The Chi channel, which by the way is the channel for your energy of your body, is animated by both heaven and Mother Earth. So heaven's frequencies from above come through our crown, Mother Earth's frequencies come through our, to the bubbling springs point, the K1 point in the feet, comes up the legs and then into the base of our torso through the Hui Yin area, which if you remember in the teachings in the first chakra, I spoke about the Hui Yin, and from there it goes to do-do-do-do-do-do and then down the back of the Y jowl. So this channel is referred to as the energy channel. Why? Because the energy in our body, literally your life force energy, has a direct association with the life force of the source and the source frequency and vibration that is always permeating us. So Mother Earth is blessing us with her Yin energy, heaven is blessing us with Yang energy, and this energy and vibration is permeating us literally 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at a 100 percent pace, but most of us are only getting 10, 15, 20 percent. If we were getting 100 percent, we would be as light as a lighthouse and we probably wouldn't be in this physical presence at this time.
So we're only getting a very small percentage. And as this life force energy permeates us, creating our living energy, it goes through a series of chakras. And if we have blockages in our first, or second, or third, or even our fourth, fifth, or sixth chakra, then think of it like water running through a pipe, because this is a channel. It's constantly going 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 down the back, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 down the back. And because it's constantly doing that, if you go and use crimp that hose somewhere along the way, it's going to go 1, 2, 3, 4, stop. And then it'll start trickling through. A little bit of water will come through the crimped hose, but not near as much as the unfettered flow. And so the reason why this chi channel explanation is in the seven chakra series, is because if you have blockages anywhere on that channel, which is the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and seventh chakra, or any places in between, and then down the back of the body, then the chi is not flowing properly, therefore you're getting less energy in your body. So we've done practices, first chakra, hei-ya-yo-Tao, second chakra, hung-ya-yo-Tao, third chakra, hung-hung-hung-ya-yo-Tao, fourth chakra, ah-ah-ah, fifth chakra, xi-xi-xi, sixth chakra, yi, y-i-yi, and then the crown of the head was wang, w-e-n-g. And if you remember from last week, we covered the spaces in the body, the lower space of the body from the belly button down, from the belly button to the center of your chest is the middle jowl, the middle space in your body, and from your chest plate to the top of your head is the upper jowl, okay? And then the y-jowl is the entire back of the body. These are the three rivers that lead to the ocean.
Think of them as what's in between the chakras. So when you clear your chakras through practice, or you receive Tao light transmissions, or you receive healing, then what, in essence, you're doing is you're clearing the space in and around that chakra. So take, for example, chakra four and chakra five in the throat. So some of us, as I discussed, when I was talking about the fifth chakra, we may have blockages in our fifth chakra. We may have made mistakes and used our voice to impact people negatively. We could have given orders to send people to war. We could have been very derogatory in our communication, causing others to have great depression. The list goes on. We could create a lot of negative information here. And so what happens is you can receive a message from the source, and then it comes through, and then it gets stuck right here. It doesn't make it to your heart center. To be received in your heart so you can receive the purity of that message, okay? You could be wanting to take a different example. Let's say that you have constant migraines, constant headaches, okay?
This is very likely the qi is going one, two, three, four, five. It's moving up your body, and as it starts to go around, it gets stuck back here. It gets stuck in the back of your head. Why? Because there could be blockages in your neck or in the rest of your yi jiao, the entire back half of your body. So qi can go up, and then it's kind of like pushing water through a pipe, and then it hits all that hair and all that muck and all the stuff that gets stuck in the plumbing pipe, and you got to go through there with a rotor to clear it out so that the qi or the water flows freely. So it's the same idea concept. We, all humans, are built the same. We all have the same number of chakras. We all have the same qi channel. We are built the same. So this kind of an issue can show up in many different ways. Lower back pain, right? There are energy points along the lower part of the back where it could be that's where things are clumped up right there, and that needs to get blown out so that the qi can move around, and so forth. So it's fairly interesting. I will have people contact me and say, you know, I have severe migraines, and I'll check guidance, and I have blocked yi jiao.
So I'll do a soul operation or a light transmission for the back of their body, and they're like, it's amazing. All of a sudden, my shoulder's relaxed, my neck is relaxed, the migraine's gone, and I feel so much better. It's because the qi was not flowing. Think of it like plumbing. The water's got to flow. The qi has to flow, okay? So this is the qi channel. This is the nature, power, and significance of it, and when I teach you what has been taught me, that it is the energy channel. This is what is meant by it. You and I are constantly animated by heaven and mother earth and their life-giving energies, but are we doing our part to keep these areas free? Now, backpedaling a little bit, what causes these areas to become impeded? Negative mindsets, negative attitudes, negative beliefs. Your ego, your attachments, stuck in certain emotions, right? Fear too much, worry too much, depression. Depression could be a representative example of something getting stuck here and here, and so it pushes down on this heart chakra area. The vast majority of us have blockages in our heart chakra. When I say vast majority, I mean close to 70-80% of humanity have heart chakra blockages. How can you tell? Very simply.
Do you have any animosity towards anybody? If you do, from that failed relationship or that person that ripped you off or that guy that fired you or whatever it might be, you have heart chakra blockages. Whenever we have traumatic life growing up and we have not forgiven those that originated that trauma, they have heart chakra blockages. These blockages act as an impediment to your life force energy or chi flow. It acts as a blockage to your ability to manifest what you want. Go back and listen to the podcast where I talk about each of the chakras. Understand the value of each of them. Understand the importance of working with the individual practices to clear, clear, clear, clear, and then to the back. So we're going to do that now because this particular topic takes a bit of a time to explain and the practice itself takes a bit of time to do. So we're going to go ahead and do this practice together. The chi channel has a mantra. In the wisdom that Master Shah brought to humanity, as I've shared with you before, he refers to the chakras as soul houses. This is a form of soul healing. All the blockages reside at the level of soul. We're clearing the negative messages, energy, and matter of all of our thoughts, our words, and our actions of all time because they reside on our vibration.
They reside on our soul. And so what are we doing? We're doing the soul power technique to transform these blockages. We're using sound power, the mantra. We're using body power, which is where we place our hands. We're using mind power, which is the visualizing of the movement of chi or light. And we're using soul power, which is connecting to everything at the level of soul. So let us do that. Start by placing our hands in an honoring position, which could be a prayer position. If you practice the wisdom of the Tao teachings, then it would be the soul light hand position. And if you don't know either, that doesn't matter. You just connect to the source. First, we connect to the soul of the seven chakras, the y jiao, and the chi channel. So repeat after me. Dear the soul of my seven soul houses, my chakras, my san jiao, my y jiao, the chi channel, I'm so grateful for your unconditional love, light, and service to my soul journey. You have the power to release any negative messages, information, or matter that is trapped within you so that my chi from heaven and mother earth can flow through me unimpeded. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
So now we will chant for the first soul house. We're going to do each soul house for maybe two minutes each. When you're actually doing this practice, you're going to do about four to five minutes each chakra, which vibrates, opens, vibrates, opens, clears, vibrates, open, clears each chakra. We do a practice for the y jiao, and then we put it all together. Okay, so as a reminder, I will show you this image here. You can see the sound powers for each chakra. First sound power for the first chakra is hey. Repeat after me. Hey, hey, hey. Second chakra is hong, h-o-n-g, hong, hong, hong. Third chakra is hong, h-o-n-g, hong, hong, hong. The fourth chakra is ah for the heart chakra, ah, ah, ah. The fifth chakra sound is xi, x-i, xi, xi, xi. The sixth chakra is yi, y-i, yi, yi, yi. Crown chakra is wang. And then the sound for the back of the body, you see it down here listed as number eight, it looks like number five, six, number six. It says yo, yo, yo. Okay, so placing both palms facing your first chakra, both palms facing your first chakra, one over the other, close your eyes. See light coming into your first chakra. You can squeeze your acole which is the base of your torso for just, you know, one or two or three seconds and then release.
That tells you where to start. And see light coming into this area. Repeat with me. The sound power is hey. Deep breath in. Hey. Again. Hey. See light opening in the area, gathering. Breathe in. Hey. Now chant hey three times. Deep breath in. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey. One more time. Hey, hey, hey. Wonderful. Now again, you will do this practice by yourself four to five minutes each chakra. Let's move up to the second chakra. Leave your first palm facing your first chakra. Move the second palm up to your second chakra. Where approximately rest your knuckle in your belly button, your palm will relax below that, and see the light in the center of your body. A fist-sized energy center. So all the chakras are fist-sized. The sound power is heng, h-e-n-g. Close your eyes. Deep breath in. Heng. Breathe in. Heng. Again. Heng. Heng. And now we'll chant the heng three times. Breathe in. Heng, heng, heng. Heng, heng, heng. Heng, heng, heng. Good. Moving your free palm up to your belly button, center of your palm over the center of your belly button. The other palm remains facing the first soul house. See light in the center of your body behind your belly button. This is the third chakra. The sound power is heng, h-o-n-g. Deep breath in. Heng. Heng. Heng. Chanting heng three times. Breathe in. Heng, heng, heng. Heng, heng, heng. Heng, heng, heng. One more time. Heng, heng, heng.
Moving your free palm up to your heart chakra, center of your chest. See the light coming into the center of your chest. Feel the vibration when you chant. Feel the vibration in that area. To repeat, do each chakra four to five minutes each to get the most value out of this practice. The podcast simply does not allow me the necessary length of time. Deep breath in. The sound power is ah. Deep breath in. Ah. Breathe in. Ah. Breathe in. Ah. And now chant ah three times. Breathe in. Ah, ah, ah. Again. Ah, ah, ah. One more time. Ah, ah, ah. Now moving your free palm up to your throat chakra, leaving a little space between your throat and the hand. The sound power is she, x-i. See the light into your throat chakra. Deep breath in. She. Breathe in. She. Again. She. Chant she three times. Breathe in. She, she, she. Breathe in. She, she, she. One more time. She, she, she. Moving your palms in front of your eyebrows, third eye area. Seeing light in the center of your brain. These are all fist size energy centers.
We are moving the chi from the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and now the sixth. You can actually see if you have third eye, there's a connection now happening between each of the chakras. Now we're going to connect all of them to the sixth chakra. The sound power is yi, y-i. Deep breath in. Breathe in. Breathe in. See the light connecting one, two, three, four, five, and now the sixth chakra. Let's chant yi three times. Breathe in. Yi, yi, yi. Wonderful. Now if your arms are tired, you may switch them out. Place one palm over the crown of your head. The other palm remains facing the first chakra, and cup your palm naturally. Leave a space between the palm and the top of your head. This vibrates the seventh chakra and connects all seven chakras. So see the light connecting all seven. The sound power is wong, w-e-n-g. Deep breath in. Breathe in. Again. One more time. Breathe in. Good. Now the yi jiao is connected to the sound power yo, yo. Where we're going to place our hand is on the ming men acupuncture point, which is in essence directly on the back, directly from your belly button. So if you do an invisible line straight back, that would be where that dip in your back is. You'd place your palm there. See the light going from the back of your neck all the way down the back of the body to and through your ming men point, even down past your hips to your tailbone. The entire back of the body receives light. The sound power is yo. Deep breath in. Yo. Yo. Yo. Chant yo three times. Breathe in. Yo. Wonderful. So this practice is the setup for the actual mantra for the qi channel. It is a new mantra for anybody that's not familiar with it, and it incorporates the sound power of what has just been shared. So here, give me a moment. There it is. Okay. So here is the sounds hei, first chakra, heng, second chakra, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Okay. Shi is actually spelled X-I. But you can see it's chakra one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Now that's the way we chant it. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Yo, remember, is when it goes down the back of the body. Okay. So when you become familiar with the mantra, what will happen is you'll close your eyes, and you will see the light going hei, heng, hong, ah, ah, it's heart chakra, shi, yi, wong, yo, down the back of the body, and then up the front. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. So I will chant the mantra for you so you hear it a few minutes. And I want you to just close your eyes and listen to it. I'll do this a few minutes. I want you to close your eyes. And as I chant hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo, I want you to see the light going first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and down the back. Okay. Close your eyes. If you know it, you're welcome to chant with me. Deep breath in. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. When you hear ah, think heart chakra. When you hear yo, it's going down the back of the body. Here we go again. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. A few more times. Feel the sound. Feel the mantra. See the light. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, down the back. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Good.
Now, take a look at this. We're going to do this together. Okay, we're going to spend just a few more minutes on this. Don't expect you to memorize it on such short notice, but try your best. This mantra, this song, can be found, you can find it as called the Divine Soul Song of Yin-Yang. Divine Soul Song of Yin-Yang. Master Shah does have this out there. I think you can find it in some of the Play apps, as well as you can purchase his CD. Beautiful music when you play this song. He had music made to it. It's quite gorgeous. Okay, so close your eyes. I will go slowly. If you don't know it, try to catch on. If you need to open one eye to see the words, then do so. Deep breath in. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Two more rounds. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. Wonderful. Give yourself a big hand if you're new at this. So, we didn't do the body power on this. Some of you might have left your hand behind your back. That's fine. Typically, one palm over your lower abdomen, one palm on the crown of your head. Then you just go, hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo.
Once you know the mantra, then it's much more easy to continually chant it. While walking the dog, doing gardening, whatever you're doing, you're moving the chi, moving the chi, moving the chi. The entire north of all of the United States had a freeze this whole week. And our neighbors, we have a duplex, our neighbors, pipe froze. They did not drip the water. Therefore, the chi stopped. We dripped our water. We did for our pipes, hei, heng, hong, ah, shi, yi, wong, yo. When you're constantly chanting the chi channel, you're constantly moving heaven and earth chi through your body. You will feel better. You will heal faster. There is not one part of you that won't feel better because it's the life force energy channel.
